The $150 covers your full GP consultation, any prescriptions written during your consultation, repeats of your regular medications, and ongoing care team support. There are no hidden fees or additional charges.
Yes. If your doctor determines you need medication, they'll write a prescription and send it to a pharmacy near your hotel. You can pick it up at your convenience.
No. Hotel guest care is a standalone service. No membership or subscription is required. You pay the $150 consultation fee and receive full care during your stay.
Our care team responds within 3 hours between 9 am and 6 pm, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. If you message outside those hours, you'll hear back first thing in the morning.
Yes. If you've run out of medication or left it at home, your doctor can arrange a repeat prescription for collection at a local pharmacy. Please have details of your usual medication ready (name, dose, and frequency).
